1. Purpose

This Commercial Business Policy defines the governing rules, commercial conditions, operational limitations, validity structures, renewal requirements, amendment authority, and participation terms applicable to all Lifetime, Yearly, and Monthly plans, subscriptions, memberships, packages, and commercial access models operated within the Zyngram ecosystem.

This policy applies to:

Membership packages

Subscription plans

Commercial participation models

Service access plans

Business packages

Promotional access systems

Digital platform usage rights

Software and ecosystem commercial licenses

Network participation programs

2. Definitions

2.1 Lifetime Plan

A special commercial access plan provided for a limited operational validity period as defined by the Company and governed entirely under Company policies, amendments, and commercial sustainability decisions.

2.2 Yearly Plan

A renewable commercial plan valid for twelve (12) months from activation date.

2.3 Monthly Plan

A renewable commercial plan valid for one billing cycle or thirty (30) days from activation date.

2.4 Commercial User

Any individual, business, promoter, affiliate, reseller, participant, or organization using Zyngram commercial services, packages, subscriptions, or ecosystem features.

3. Lifetime Plan Policy

3.1 Definition and Validity

The term “Lifetime” under any Zyngram commercial plan, package, subscription, or participation model shall mean:

A commercial validity period of up to one (1) year from the date of activation unless otherwise officially specified by the Company.

The Company retains full operational, administrative, technical, legal, and governance authority over the service during and after this period.

After completion of the initial one-year validity period, continuation of:

Services,

Benefits,

Earnings eligibility,

Participation rights,

Rewards,

Features,

Commercial privileges,

Or access rights

shall depend entirely upon:

Company policies,

Internal governance decisions,

Future amendments,

Legal requirements,

Operational sustainability,

Technical feasibility,

Commercial viability,

And ecosystem restructuring decisions.

3.2 Company Rights

The Company reserves unrestricted rights to:

Modify plans,

Amend features,

Introduce maintenance charges,

Change infrastructure,

Upgrade or downgrade services,

Merge or replace plans,

Revise commercial structures,

Restrict features,

Suspend services,

Or discontinue any Lifetime plan or associated service at its sole discretion.

3.3 No Permanent Ownership

Lifetime plans shall NOT be interpreted as:

Human lifetime validity,

Permanent ownership,

Irrevocable commercial rights,

Unlimited perpetual access,

Guaranteed future benefits,

Or legally non-amendable service rights.

All Lifetime plans remain fully subject to

Policy revisions

Governance changes,

System upgrades,

Legal compliance,

Regulatory requirements,

And future Company amendments.

3.4 Fair Usage and Restrictions

Lifetime plans may include:

Usage limitations,

Fair usage controls,

Storage limits,

Wallet transaction restrictions,

API limitations,

Commercial participation limits,

Feature caps,

Geographic limitations,

Or infrastructure-based controls.

3.5 Abuse Prevention

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate Lifetime access if:

Fraud is detected,

Fake accounts are used,

System abuse occurs,

MLM manipulation is identified,

Payment abuse or chargebacks occur,

Platform exploitation happens,

Legal violations are committed,

Or governance violations are identified.

No refund shall apply in such cases.

4. Yearly Plan Policy

4.1 Validity

Yearly plans remain valid for twelve (12) months from activation date subject to compliance with all platform rules and policies.

4.2 Renewal

Users must renew Yearly plans to continue:

Commercial participation,

Earnings eligibility,

Network benefits,

Service access,

Feature availability,

And business privileges.

4.3 Grace Period

The Company may provide a discretionary grace period after expiry. During or after expiry, users may lose:

Bonus eligibility,

Rank privileges,

Earnings rights,

Network access,

Commercial benefits,

Or service functionality.

5. Monthly Plan Policy

5.1 Validity

Monthly plans remain active for one billing cycle only.

5.2 Auto Renewal

Monthly plans may automatically renew using:

Wallet balances,

Linked payment methods,

Or approved billing systems, subject to user authorization.

5.3 Suspension

Failure to renew may result in:

Temporary suspension,

Feature restrictions,

Earnings freezes,

Participation removal,

Reduced access,

Or commercial limitations.

6. Pricing and Commercial Revision Policy

The Company reserves unrestricted rights to:

Increase or decrease prices,

Revise package structures,

Introduce maintenance charges,

Add taxes or service fees,

Modify earning structures,

Revise commissions,

Launch promotional pricing,

Or restructure commercial plans at any time.

Price revisions may occur without prior user approval.

7. Refund Policy

All payments remain subject to:

Company refund policies,

Digital service regulations,

Internal governance decisions,

And applicable laws.

Generally:

Lifetime plans are non-refundable,

Activated subscriptions are non-refundable,

Used services are non-refundable, unless legally mandated otherwise.

Refund approval remains solely at Company discretion.

8. Commercial Sustainability Clause

The Company may:

Modify commercial systems,

Adjust rewards,

Reduce incentives,

Change commissions,

Revise benefits,

Introduce operational controls,

Or restructure participation models to ensure long-term sustainability, legal compliance, and operational continuity.

9. Service Discontinuation

The Company reserves rights to discontinue:

Any plan,

Any service,

Any module,

Any earning structure,

Any commercial model,

Or any platform feature with or without notice where deemed necessary for:

Legal compliance,

Security,

Sustainability,

Technical limitations,

Operational restructuring,

Or business feasibility.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for interruptions caused by:

Government actions,

Regulatory restrictions,

Banking failures,

Internet outages,

Cyber attacks,

Natural disasters,

Infrastructure failures,

Wars,

Pandemics,

Or events beyond Company control.

11. Legal Compliance

All users must comply with:

Laws of India,

IT regulations,

Digital commerce laws,

Financial compliance obligations,

Tax regulations,

Platform governance rules,

And applicable operational policies.

12. User Acceptance

By purchasing, subscribing, registering, renewing, or using any Zyngram commercial plan, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

They have read this policy,

They understand the limitations,

They accept future amendments,

They accept Company governance authority,

And they agree to remain bound by all future revisions and operational policies issued by the Company.

13. Governing Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed under:

Applicable laws of India,

And jurisdiction determined by the registered office of the Company.
