Zyngram Code of Conduct

The Zyngram Code of Conduct defines the standards of behavior, ethics, and responsibility expected from all members of our ecosystem — including users, businesses, leaders, employees, and partners. This Code ensures trust, transparency, and community well-being across Zyngram’s services.


1. Core Principles

Every Zyngram member must uphold:

  1. Respect: Treat others with dignity, regardless of background, opinion, or belief.

  2. Integrity: Be honest in actions, communications, and transactions.

  3. Responsibility: Use Zyngram services fairly and lawfully.

  4. Accountability: Accept consequences of one’s actions under the Zyngram Constitution and Penal System.

  5. Innovation with Care: Embrace technology while avoiding misuse or harm.


2. Expected Conduct

  • Engage respectfully in posts, chats, and comments.

  • Use Zyngram wallets responsibly; verify all transactions before confirming.

  • Report suspicious activity, fraud, or harmful content promptly.

  • Honor commitments in Autopool, referral, and role-based responsibilities.

  • Protect Zyngram’s reputation by acting as a responsible digital citizen.


3. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not:

  • Post or distribute hate speech, violence, pornography, or misinformation.

  • Engage in money laundering, scams, or fraudulent financial activities.

  • Exploit system rewards (mining, Autopool, referrals) through fake accounts or manipulation.

  • Harass, abuse, or defame other members.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass Zyngram’s security systems.

  • Violate intellectual property rights of Zyngram or third parties.


4. Business & Leadership Standards

  • Businesses must maintain lawful operations, pricing, and transparency.

  • Leaders (Mentors, Ambassadors, Investors, etc.) must uphold higher ethical standards as role models.

  • Exploitation of downline users, unfair recruitment, or misinformation about income is strictly prohibited.


5. Compliance with Policies

All members must comply with:

  • Zyngram Constitution

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Reward & Commission Policies

  • Penal System

Violations of this Code will trigger disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, termination, financial penalties, or legal action.


6. Reporting Violations

  • Users can report violations via in-app tools or by contacting compliance at info@zyngram.net.

  • Reports will be reviewed confidentially and fairly.

  • Whistleblowers are protected against retaliation.


7. Enforcement

  • First violations may receive warnings or temporary restrictions.

  • Repeated or severe violations will lead to permanent bans and legal reporting.

  • Financial fraud will result in immediate wallet suspension and penalty recovery under the Penal System.
