Key Details:

Position: Solar Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in solar sales or related field preferred

Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives, travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, health benefits, and paid leave

Targets: Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets as set by management

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new solar connection customers in assigned territories

Assist customers with bank loan processes for solar financing

Build relationships with banks and financial institutions for smooth loan approvals

Meet and exceed sales targets district-wise and area-wise

Report regularly on sales progress and market feedback

Working Hours: Flexible hours with fieldwork requirements

Reporting to: Area/State Sales Manager
