Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist to join our hospital’s Emergency Department. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing prompt and high-quality medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
Key Responsibilities :

Provide immediate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for emergency and trauma cases.
Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate with relevant specialties for further management.
Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, resuscitation, and trauma management.
Manage emergency codes (Code Blue, Code Red, etc.) efficiently.
Monitor and document patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure timely reporting.
Collaborate with nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless emergency care.
Participate in department rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
