1. Our commitment to child safety

Zyngram IT Services Private Limited is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Zyngram. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and related content or behavior and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant organizations as required by law.

2. Zero-tolerance for CSAE

The following content and behavior is strictly prohibited on Zyngram. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) including images, video, audio, text, or drawings depicting or describing the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Sexualization of minors, including sexual comments, fantasies, or descriptions involving minors.
- Grooming or attempts to groom minors (building trust with a minor to exploit or abuse them).
- Requests for sexual images, videos, or personal contact details from a minor, or attempts to arrange sexual encounters with a minor.
- Threats, coercion, extortion, or blackmail involving minors.
- Any other conduct that constitutes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment under applicable laws and regulations.

Any account found to have engaged in CSAE will be subject to immediate action, which may include content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Age restrictions and minors on Zyngram

Zyngram is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Minors (under 18) are not permitted to create accounts or use Zyngram. Users must not create accounts or content on behalf of minors, or use Zyngram to communicate with minors for any harmful or exploitative purpose.

5. How we respond to CSAE and CSAM

When we receive reports or otherwise detect content or behavior that may involve CSAE, we will:

- Promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the reported content.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Child Safety Standards.
- Preserve relevant information and, where required or appropriate, report CSAM and related information to the appropriate authorities and/or child protection organizations in accordance with applicable laws. (for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States).
- Cooperate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities as legally required.

We may use automated tools, human review, or a combination of both to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE and other child safety risks.
