• Accounts found to be fraudulent, misrepresentative, or in violation of law will be terminated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• A Zyngram Identification Number (ZIN) will be generated during registration and linked to your account.

• You agree not to create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

3. Services Provided

Zyngram is a social media ecosystem offering:

• Social Engagement: Posts, chats, comments, likes, shares, and community interactions.

• Subscription Features: Access to enhanced social tools and premium engagement options.

• Advertising & Promotions: Social media ad placements and campaigns.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and updated information.

• Use Services only for lawful purposes.

• Not engage in fraud, spam, or activities prohibited by Zyngram’s Penal System.

• Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from posting illegal or harmful content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use Zyngram for scams, misinformation, or unlawful trade.

• Circumvent platform security measures.

• Create multiple fake accounts to exploit referral or promotional systems.

• Spread harmful content (hate speech, violence, pornography, misinformation).

• Attempt unauthorized access to Zyngram systems or data.

Violation may result in account suspension, termination, and possible legal action.

6. Subscriptions & Transactions

• Subscriptions (e.g., Premium Social Features) are billed as per the plan selected.

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to Zyngram’s Refund Policy.

• Users are responsible for reviewing details before making payments.

7. Advertising & Promotions

• Social media ad campaigns are subject to review and compliance.

• Zyngram may suspend or terminate ads violating community standards.

• Fraudulent campaigns or misuse of ad credits are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Zyngram logos, trademarks, software, and content are owned by Zyngram IT Services Private Limited.

• Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Zyngram a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Zyngram’s collection and use of data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

• By using Zyngram, you consent to data collection and processing as described.

10. Suspension & Termination

Zyngram may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or any policy.

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

• Cause reputational or operational damage to the platform.

11. Disclaimers

• Zyngram provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

• Zyngram is not liable for downtime, third-party issues, or unauthorized access beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zyngram shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to Zyngram in the last 6 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zyngram harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

• Zyngram may also resolve disputes through arbitration or mediation where applicable.

15. Changes to Terms

• Zyngram may update these Terms from time to time.

• Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

• Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
